soft-plastic recycling letter to minister

South Gloucestershire Council have submitted a bid to take part in a pilot scheme, to roll out soft-plastic recycling facilities in our area.

I have asked for full government support to back our local bid, so we can be part of this trial scheme.

South Gloucestershire continues to be a leader in the region for recycling and it is vital that we are included in the soft-plastic recycling scheme.

Whether it’s plastic bags, fruit and vegetable packaging, crisp packets, films on yoghurt pots, cling film, or pet food packaging - we want to be able to recycle them!
